Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook. Cook (born on the 4th of October, 1978) is an American actress. She has starred in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999), and Josie and the Pussycats (2001) as well as in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart voices her. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) and is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who are both a stand-up comedian and a social worker. Part-Italian, she's also of Italian descent. Cook appeared first in a public service ad for foster care when she was seven years old. She began her career as a child model at age 10, and appeared in national ads for Target and Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School, Laurel Springs School, and Minneapolis South High School.
